Head of Legal & ESG
Laia joined Inveready in 2022 as our Head of Legal and ESG.
Prior to joining Inveready, she has worked as a corporate lawyer in Grant Thornton for more than 7 years, where she has specialized in M&A, restructuring transactions, venture capital and investment rounds, advising either national and international clients from different sectors and businesses.
Laia holds a degree in Law, a master’s in legal Practice from Universitat Pompeu Fabra and the Executive MBA from ESADE (Barcelona).
