1. Ownership

This is the official website of Inveready Group, led by Inveready, S.A. (hereinafter referred to as “Inveready”), a Spanish company with its registered office at Zuatzu Kalea 7, Edificio Urola, Planta Baja, Local 1, San Sebastián (20018), Guipúzcoa. Inveready Group consists of a group of management companies, investment vehicles and other entities, including two Closed-End Investment Entity Management Companies (Sociedades Gestoras de Entidades de Tipo Cerrado – SGEIC) and one Collective Investment Institution Management Company (Sociedad Gestora de Instituciones de Inversión Colectiva – SGIIC), detailed as follows:

It is registered with the Commercial Registry of Guipúzcoa under Volume 2,915, Sheet SS-42,042, Page 149, and with the CNMV administrative registry under number 94. Its Tax Identification Number (C.I.F.) is A-65.696.007.
  • Arraigo V&P, S.G.E.I.C., S.A., a Spanish company with its registered office at Zuatzu Kalea 7, Edificio Urola, Planta Baja, Local 1, San Sebastián (20018), Guipúzcoa. It is registered with the Commercial Registry of Guipúzcoa under Volume 3,113, Sheet SS-45,984, Page 10, and with the CNMV administrative registry under number 214. Its Tax Identification Number (C.I.F.) is A-56.254.238.
  • True Value Investments, S.G.I.I.C., S.A., a Spanish company with its registered office at Calle Velázquez, 18, 6º Derecha, Madrid (28001). It is registered with the Commercial Registry of Madrid under Volume 39,410, Sheet M-699,717, Page 20, and with the CNMV administrative registry under number 275. Its Tax Identification Number (C.I.F.) is A-88.425.889.

2. Terms of use

2.1 By using this Website, you become a user (hereinafter referred to as the “User”). 6. Applicable legislation and competent jurisdiction

All disputes arising from the Website’s use shall be governed by Spanish law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in San Sebastián (Donosti).
